Scholar-practitioner focused on adult learning, workforce development, and organization change.
My work sits at the intersection of adult learning and leadership, human resource development, organization development, workforce education, and digital learning innovation. I design, study, and support learning systems that help people and organizations grow with evidence, care, and practical purpose.
I bring together academic research, consulting experience, teaching, and applied design to help learning become more strategic, human-centered, and measurable.
My background includes workforce education and development, human resource development, business administration, consulting, retail leadership, training, project management, and graduate education. This combination shapes how I approach research and teaching: scholarship should illuminate real problems, and practice should be strengthened by evidence.
Across my work, I am especially interested in how adults learn in complex systems, how organizations build capability, and how digital tools including AI and microlearning can support—not replace—human agency, reflection, and performance.
